Terms and Conditions

Payment terms

We require 50% upfront payment to secure your booking and remaining 50% in completion.
For the project total cost more than 10K, we require 70% upfront and 30% fitting completed.

Lead time

We will provide specific time frame for your project individually.
Start date, production time, fitting date.

Handles

Fitting handles are free of charge service only, if customer have provided handles prior to fitting date.

If we would need to come back to fit handles - extra charge may apply.

Colours, samples etc.

Customer have to provide decision about paint colours 2 weeks before fitting date the latest.
Delay in confirming samples, colours may affect your lead time.
